As the slurry enters the distributor of our state-of-the-art magnetic separator via the feed pipe, it is seamlessly dispersed onto the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. Under the gentle pull of gravity, the slurry descends along the inclined magnetic plate, where the formidable magnetic field firmly captures ferromagnetic substances. Driven by the motor, the iron strip gracefully rotates on the inclined magnetic plate, guiding the captured ferromagnetic material into the iron unloading zone. Here, washing water aids in collecting the material into the tailings bucket. The journey concludes as the non-magnetic pulp flows effortlessly into the concentrate bucket, ensuring efficient separation.
