The slurry, under gravitational influence, cascades along the magnetic plate's incline, where its ferromagnetic components are strongly captivated by the powerful magnetic field. The iron strip, maneuvered by a motor, ascends the magnetic plate's slope, seamlessly transporting the absorbed ferromagnetic material into the iron unloading zone. There, aided by washing water, the ferromagnetic content is directed into the tailings bucket for collection. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic pulp gracefully descends the magnetic plate, flowing directly into the concentrate bucket, ensuring optimal separation and resource recovery.
