The operational brilliance of the Iron Stain Remover Plate is evident as the pulp is introduced into the magnetic separator distributor via the feed pipe, where it is evenly dispersed upon the upper iron strip of the magnetic plate. As the slurry cascades down the inclined magnetic plate, courtesy of gravity, any ferromagnetic particles are expertly captured by the potent magnetic field. The ingenious motor-driven iron strip then rotates, transporting the seized ferromagnetic materials to the unloading area. There, under the cleansing flow of washing water, the ferromagnetic material is guided into the tailings bucket for collection, while the non-magnetic slurry gracefully continues its journey into the concentrate bucket.
