As the pulp makes its grand entrance through the feed pipe, the innovative distributor ensures its seamless dispersal over the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. Gravity guides the slurry gently down the inclined magnetic plate, where the ferromagnetic elements become steadfastly attached under the influence of the plate's formidable magnetic force. The motor-driven iron strip gracefully rotates, ushering the magnetized substances into the iron unloading region. Here, washing water guides them into the tailings bucket for collection. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic pulp elegantly cascades down the magnetic plate and finds its way into the concentrate bucket.
