Our magnetic separator is engineered for seamless operation, as the pulp gracefully enters the distributor through the feed pipe. It evenly disperses onto the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. As it flows downward along the magnetic plate's inclined surface due to gravity, ferromagnetic materials in the slurry are securely attracted to the iron strip. This occurs under the formidable magnetic field force generated by the magnetic plate. The motor-driven rotation of the iron strip transports these materials into the iron unloading zone, where they are collected in the tailings bucket under a washing water curtain. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic pulp continues its descent along the magnetic plate, making its way into the concentrate bucket.
