The intelligent design of our magnetic separator ensures seamless processing. As the pulp flows into the magnetic separator's distributor via the feed pipe, it is evenly dispersed across the magnetic plate's iron strip. Under gravity's influence, the slurry gently cascades downward along the magnetic plate's slanted direction. Here, the potent magnetic field firmly secures ferromagnetic substances, which are then smoothly transported to the iron unloading area by the motor-driven rotating iron strip. These ferromagnetic materials are efficiently collected in the tailings bucket after being rinsed by washing water. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic pulp effortlessly flows into the concentrate bucket, ensuring optimal separation.
