Innovatively designed, the pulp enters the distributor of the magnetic separator through the feed pipe, evenly dispersing atop the magnetic plate's upper iron strip. As gravity guides the slurry downward along the plate's inclined path, the robust magnetic field firmly captures ferromagnetic substances, adhering them to the iron strip. Driven by the motor, the strip rotates along the magnetic plate's upper incline, transporting adhered ferromagnetic substances into the iron unloading zone. Here, washing water directs the ferromagnetic material into the tailings bucket for collection, while non-magnetic pulp gracefully flows down the magnetic plate into the concentrate bucket.
