Delve into the seamless operation of our magnetic separator: the pulp flows into the distributor via a feed pipe, spreading uniformly over the magnetic plate's iron strip. Under gravity, the slurry descends along the plate's incline, with ferromagnetic substances securely captured by the potent magnetic field. As the motor drives the iron strip along its path, these magnetic materials are escorted into the iron unloading area. Subsequently, they are washed and collected in the tailings bucket, while the non-magnetic slurry effortlessly continues into the concentrate bucket, ensuring a clean separation.
