The expansive magnetic plate covers an area that can extend to a width of 2.8 meters and a length of 3 meters, ensuring even and smooth material distribution with a two-layer perforated plate. The strategic design facilitates clean and efficient iron removal, offering a selection of specialized iron strips made from durable high-quality composite materials, enhancing longevity and providing noticeable iron removal efficiency. Our innovative approach ensures energy and water savings with the use of a minimal power drive motor, resulting in extremely low power consumption. The uniquely designed controllable water supply system optimizes water usage, contributing significantly to resource conservation.

Within our state-of-the-art magnetic separator, the pulp is channeled seamlessly via a feed pipe into a distributor, ensuring even dispersion onto the iron strip situated atop the magnetic plate. As gravity guides the slurry down the inclined magnetic plate, the ferromagnetic components are powerfully attracted and bonded to the iron strip by the magnetic plate's formidable magnetic field. The motor-driven rotation of the iron strip facilitates the transfer of these ferromagnetic materials to the designated iron unloading area. Here, they are washed and directed into the tailings bucket for collection. Non-magnetic pulp effortlessly cascades down the magnetic plate, directed into the concentrate bucket, ensuring precise separation and collection.
