The process begins as the pulp makes its journey through the feed pipe, entering the distributor of the magnetic separator. Here, it is meticulously spread across the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. As the slurry gracefully cascades downward, directed by the incline of the magnetic plate, the robust magnetic field exerts its influence, capturing ferromagnetic particles firmly onto the iron strip. This iron strip rotates seamlessly along the magnetic plate's incline, guided by a motor, effectively transporting the captured ferromagnetic material to the iron unloading zone. There, the ferromagnetic material is ushered into the tailings bucket, efficiently washed and collected, while the non-magnetic pulp continues its descent, finding its final destination in the concentrate bucket.
