Our Permanent Magnet Plate Separator operates with precision and efficiency, transforming pulp processing. The slurry enters through the feed pipe, uniformly dispersing over the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. Guided by gravity, the slurry descends the plate's incline, where ferromagnetic materials are securely attracted to the iron strip by the magnetic plate's formidable field. Driven by the motor, the iron strip moves along the plate's upper incline, transporting the adsorbed materials into the iron unloading area. Here, the ferromagnetic materials are efficiently washed into the tailings bucket for collection, while the non-magnetic pulp seamlessly flows into the concentrate bucket.
