Experience the seamless operation of our magnetic separator system. As pulp enters through the feed pipe, it is expertly dispersed on the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. Under gravity's influence, the slurry gracefully descends along the magnetic plate's incline. The powerful magnetic field force ensures that ferromagnetic substances in the slurry are firmly drawn to the iron strip. Driven by a motor, the iron strip rotates along the inclined upper section of the magnetic plate, transporting the magnetic materials to the iron unloading area. Through washing water, the ferromagnetic material gracefully enters the tailings bucket for collection, while the non-magnetic pulp gently cascades down into the concentrate bucket.
