As the pulp flows through the feed pipe into the magnetic separator's distributor, it is seamlessly dispersed over the iron strip atop the magnetic plate. Gravity guides the slurry downward along the inclined path of the magnetic plate, where the robust magnetic field securely captures ferromagnetic particles onto the iron strip. The iron strip elegantly rotates along the magnetic plate's upper incline, driven by the motor, smoothly transferring the captured ferromagnetic materials into the iron unloading area. Subsequently, these materials are efficiently collected in the tailings bucket after being washed with water. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic pulp gracefully flows down the magnetic plate, culminating its journey in the concentrate bucket.
