As the pulp makes its way through the feed pipe, it enters the distributor of the magnetic separator, evenly dispersing onto the iron strip positioned atop the magnetic plate. Thanks to the gravitational pull, the slurry cascades downwards along the slope of the magnetic plate, while the strong magnetic field force tenaciously adsorbs ferromagnetic substances onto the iron strip. Driven by the motor, the iron strip smoothly rotates across the inclined upper section of the magnetic plate, transferring the captured ferromagnetic substances into the iron unloading area. Here, under the purifying flow of washing water, ferromagnetic materials journey into the tailings bucket for collection. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic pulp gracefully flows down the magnetic plate, finding its path into the concentrate bucket.
